The problem

Most ads are built from guesses. Your best buyers already told you what to say.

Your dashboard optimizes what's visible: clicks, CPL, booked calls. A campaign can look like it's working — while it quietly attracts the wrong prospects.

The answer is already inside your sales calls.

Booked calls ↑ 23%
Close rate ↓ 18%
Cost per customer ↑ 34%
Show-up rate ↓ 11%

FAQ
Is this a sales coaching tool?

No. Segmentec is not built to coach closers or review rep performance. It analyzes sales conversations to help marketing attract better-fit buyers before the call happens.

Is this a fit for early-stage or low-ticket businesses?

Not yet. Segmentec needs repeatable, high-ticket sales calls to find patterns. If you sell low-ticket without calls — or you're too early for steady call volume — it won't help you, and we'll tell you so on the fit call.

Do we need CRM data?

Not to start. Segmentec can begin with your sales call transcripts. CRM, revenue, deal status, or UTM data can be added to sharpen the analysis.

How many calls do we need?

Enough that patterns repeat. A few calls tell you about a few prospects; dozens tell you what your buyers have in common. If you're not sure you have enough, that's one of the things we check before we start.

What if our calls are messy?

That's normal — buyer language is messy. Segmentec looks for repeated patterns across real conversations, not perfect scripts.

Can this replace our copywriter or media buyer?

No. Segmentec gives your team sharper source material: buyer language, objections, and angles. Your team still decides what to test and how to deploy it.

What makes this different from surveys?

Surveys ask people to explain themselves after the fact. Sales calls capture what prospects say in the moment, when they're considering a real purchase.

Your best buyers already told you what to say.

Segmentec finds it in your sales calls and turns it into marketing direction your team can use.
